Pros

They have state benefits for full time employees.

Cons

Horrible place to work. There is a reason they always have openings. They only want to look good on paper, but underneath it all management does not care. Look at how poorly they handle security around campus. Staff is rude, but they say it with a smile. Run away. You will not learn a valuable thing working here.

Pros

There are plenty of people trying to do good, but they're turning over in droves.

Cons

Pay hasn't kept up with cost of living in the area, constant concerns about budget even though they keep on adding more and more VPs making at least 300k each, current leadership is quite authoritarian.

Pros

Not many pros. I was thankful to have a job in my field.

Cons

Management would threaten your job every chance they got. I had to do multiple roles outside of the job description and could not say no. An unfair share of the workload was placed upon this role for way under market salary. Management is not versed well on constructive criticism. Instead would verbally abuse and make workers feel obtuse. Multiple people have left this role in 1 year or less.
