Changes following COVID and poor director level leadership - Program Coordinator Old Dominion University Employee Review

Poor leadership after VP office decided to hire a director following 3 years of an interim director really gutted the office. That director pushed people out and the university did not allow for new hires in the department unless absolutely necessary (such as federal/state required programs that needed running). So everyone kept being asked to do more with no compensation or redistribution of duties.
