No communication, constant beratement for not doing the things they never told you to do. Expect to work a lot of overtime, sometimes up to 60 hours a week. If you don't, you'll be judged and shunned for it. CEO doesn't engage with any employees, it's a very cold atmosphere. Awful benefits and no 401k. Doesn't pay out PTO, so make sure you use it before putting in your 2 weeks.
