Pros
High pay for the work. If you need money and don't care who you work for, this is a good one.
Cons
Such an unethical company with poor management. They are too big for their current management model, which is borderline nonexistent. No communication, constant beratement for not doing the things they never told you to do. Expect to work a lot of overtime, sometimes up to 60 hours a week. If you don't, you'll be judged and shunned for it. CEO doesn't engage with any employees, it's a very cold atmosphere. Awful benefits and no 401k. Doesn't pay out PTO, so make sure you use it before putting in your 2 weeks.
