The individual contributors who work there are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Even if you are a career professional, upper management will treat you like a high school burger flipper. No trust, with an environment of clock in and clock out on time. You're also under constant supervision for what management considers as "productive output".

The people you work with make the hours go by fast and smooth. Easy job management just makes it hard

Cons

Upper management has no clue what's going on or how to help you 80% of the time. You get misinformation from all sides, no 41k or retirement ,insurance is terrible. They add on more work but wouldn't pay you.
