Take the reviews that are 3 stars and below to heart. Used to be a promising company. Used to have great perks. Now, it’s a shell of itself. Don’t get your hopes up applying for job postings that have been left up on their web site inactive for years. The level of stress and constant fear of being laid off on a whim will affect your health. Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with them in any way. No room for growth. Hard to thrive when everything is rotten from the top. Toxic work environment. Morale is non-existent. Low wage/salary. They’ll fire you just to hire you back as an independent consultant to avoid giving benefits. Olympusat would rather spend thousands of dollars on parties than give their employees a bonus, raise, or any sort of token of their appreciation or recognition for everyone’s incredibly hard work. Olympusat is not worth your sanity, health or career.
