Pros

Long lunches, relaxed environment. People are generally friendly. Holidays off and work-life balance is good. Advancement is there, but mostly for the male staffers.

Cons

Sexual harassment and inept management. CEO dates his employees and then promotes them to positions out of their depth. Honestly can't believe this company is still operating.

good benefits, good, talented co-workers, nice location, good parties, fun atmosphere with some flexibility - depending on your position! If you work closely with the CEO, there is little freedom or flexibility unless...I just realized this was only pros..nevermind.

Cons

Some of these reviews have hit the nail on the head. Company is under the command of mean-spirited, narcissistic CEO, who micromanages everything, making operations absolutely dysfunctional, especially since the CEO is surrounded by yes people.
