You will be expert on CI/CD.. Tech Arch is very experienced. Will gain knowledge on DEVOPS.

Cons

Dominated by 1-2 people who will harass you psychologically. Micromanagement , Firing happens any time . They will never give confirmation letter after 6 months, or after 9 months. Firing happens within 30 minutes of decision from America. The heads sitting in the India office have no power.

Lots of seasoned professionals working together to bring new technology to market. Interesting work. Decent pay and benefits. Some opportunity to learn new things. Enjoy learning about the pharmaceutical industry and also about various technology. Different product lines...TrialOne and TrialMaster. Each software has many different modules and business units.

Cons

Some politics at play on who gets recognition, title and salary increases. Too much emphasis on longevity and titles, leads to lack of accountability within organization. Lack of communication within teams and across departments lead to miscommunication and conflicts. Higher than average turnover.
