Pros

People are nice. The owner/ceo is really a hands on person. Not in your business, but keeping an eye on the company and making decisions quickly. In the era of boards and ceo for a year it is refreshing and nice.

Cons

None really, had to leave because didn't really click with my immediate boss. Not a problems, just disagreed with the ways he was doing things too much. He was left right after though.

Lots of seasoned professionals working together to bring new technology to market. Interesting work. Decent pay and benefits. Some opportunity to learn new things. Enjoy learning about the pharmaceutical industry and also about various technology. Different product lines...TrialOne and TrialMaster. Each software has many different modules and business units.

Cons

Some politics at play on who gets recognition, title and salary increases. Too much emphasis on longevity and titles, leads to lack of accountability within organization. Lack of communication within teams and across departments lead to miscommunication and conflicts. Higher than average turnover.
