Pros

The company 'suggested' we leave nice reviews after they received a negative one here months ago, so here I am (notice all recent reviews are close in date). I enjoy work from home Fridays.

Cons

It's like a small high school. If you are blonde you automatically have an advantage as a favorite and you will advance faster than others...that or if you like to kiss a lot of butt. They want 'yes' people and if you aren't you will be shunned. I've seen a couple (not many but enough) people bullied and run out and upper management allowed it to happen. The favorites will claim it doesn't happen but that's because no one treats them that way.

Pros

Really incredibly people, benefits, salary, clients, team/company bonding trips, and projects. Theres a lot of fabulous people all over the company and you are able tap into each persons strengths/interests very easily because of this. Some of my favorite people in Los Angeles. Also being able to work with some of the biggest brands in the world was quite cool, shoutout to the Nike team, y'all rocked!

Cons

Like any creative role in the advertising/creative/marketing world your commitment to a project can become extensive and all consuming. However, OBE does a good job recognizing this, but you need to be able to advocate for yourself as well!
