Really incredibly people, benefits, salary, clients, team/company bonding trips, and projects. Theres a lot of fabulous people all over the company and you are able tap into each persons strengths/interests very easily because of this. Some of my favorite people in Los Angeles. Like any creative role in the advertising/creative/marketing world your commitment to a project can become extensive and all consuming. However, OBE does a good job recognizing this, but you need to be able to advocate for yourself as well!
