Pros

- All in all very good vibe - Working for a company with IMHO great products and that is growing rapidly is fun - Many fun activities organized by employees (Yoga, HIIT, etc)

Cons

- Compensation is not market (it is only for a small inner circle) - Lots of promises (too many of them are not kept) - Senior management is too junior; some of them are not inspiring leaders at all and don't walk the talk - uncoordinated workflows

Lots of free shoes Very well intended people Culture with lots of great virtues Cool product, excellent marketing

Cons

All the free shoes squeak People lead with slide decks - heavy consulting culture Lots of virtue signaling I think they started off fast and agile and grew too fast and became a dinosaur who still genuinely thought it was agile. Most everyone in my team was unhappy. People felt they couldn’t express their true selves at work. I would not recommend it as a place to work.
