- exciting times to work at On with its hyper growth - inspiring & smart colleagues, and everybody is super nice - lots of learnings and career growth opportunities - love the products - nice and cool atmosphere, team and office events - sporty environment - international environment - founders are very invested in the company and working environment

Cons

- salary is too low for the Zurich market - workload is high due to its hyper growth, it's not for everyone

Lots of free shoes Very well intended people Culture with lots of great virtues Cool product, excellent marketing

All the free shoes squeak People lead with slide decks - heavy consulting culture Lots of virtue signaling I think they started off fast and agile and grew too fast and became a dinosaur who still genuinely thought it was agile. Most everyone in my team was unhappy. People felt they couldn’t express their true selves at work. I would not recommend it as a place to work.
