Cons

The well-meaning middle and lower management can't really improve conditions and the staff is very overworked and underpaid. It makes sense there are so many temp employees as turnover is very high. Far more concerned with the growth of the company than supporting replaceable employees.

Lots of free shoes Very well intended people Culture with lots of great virtues Cool product, excellent marketing

All the free shoes squeak People lead with slide decks - heavy consulting culture Lots of virtue signaling I think they started off fast and agile and grew too fast and became a dinosaur who still genuinely thought it was agile. Most everyone in my team was unhappy. People felt they couldn’t express their true selves at work. I would not recommend it as a place to work.
