I am having an amazing experience working at On. The company culture is incredibly positive and supportive. I feel that my contributions are valued and recognized. The teams are highly skilled and dedicated, and I am constantly learning from my colleagues. The benefits are also top-notch. I highly recommend On as an excellent place to work.

Cons

While working at On, I have found that the workload can be a little heavy at times (you need to learn how to prioritise) and the expectations are high. Additionally, there is a fast-paced environment, which can be challenging to adapt to for some people. However, the company does provide resources and support to help manage this and overall it's a great place to work and learn.

Lots of free shoes Very well intended people Culture with lots of great virtues Cool product, excellent marketing

Cons

All the free shoes squeak People lead with slide decks - heavy consulting culture Lots of virtue signaling I think they started off fast and agile and grew too fast and became a dinosaur who still genuinely thought it was agile. Most everyone in my team was unhappy. People felt they couldn’t express their true selves at work. I would not recommend it as a place to work.
