Pros
Everything moves quickly, and you get back what you put in. There is a lot of room to grow because On is growing so quickly and you can develop your own path and have a lot of input. Everything related to sustainability is a huge plus. On is at the forefront of innovation on this and I think everyone really believes in it. Teams really support one another and there's a lot of flexibility around wellbeing and determining your own needs in terms of hours or time off. It's genuinely the best place I've ever worked. The people are also very cool.
Cons
Process is a work in progress sometimes and things can move so quickly it can feel hard to keep up. You have to be flexible and be able to stay calm in chaos, which might not be for everyone. But if you can manage it, it can be a huge advantage as you can have a lot of say in how things progress. Overall, it's an exciting journey to be on.
