- On has some very inspiring and inspiring people you can work and be around with - Fun work environment - Some generous product discounts - Lots of flexibility and a very human first environment - Delicious coffee from our barista bar

Cons

Not really cons, but more things that can be improved in general: - more structure, its a bit chaotic at times and having more structure would help align many things as we scale - salaries could be higher, or at least health insurance could be covered

Lots of free shoes Very well intended people Culture with lots of great virtues Cool product, excellent marketing

Cons

All the free shoes squeak People lead with slide decks - heavy consulting culture Lots of virtue signaling I think they started off fast and agile and grew too fast and became a dinosaur who still genuinely thought it was agile. Most everyone in my team was unhappy. People felt they couldn’t express their true selves at work. I would not recommend it as a place to work.
