Pros

Everyone is super helpful and nice. You can really feel the sporty spirit in the working team environment. Flexibility and wellness are also a important part of the company. It's easy to meet people.

Cons

They hire interns that they rarely promote. As an intern you don't get involve in much things and have very little responsibilities. Salaries are not negotiable and moving inside of the company is too hard. There is not internal promotion, you need to apply to new positions as you would be an external person. Your experienced at On is not a plus value in the selection process.

Lots of free shoes Very well intended people Culture with lots of great virtues Cool product, excellent marketing

All the free shoes squeak People lead with slide decks - heavy consulting culture Lots of virtue signaling I think they started off fast and agile and grew too fast and became a dinosaur who still genuinely thought it was agile. Most everyone in my team was unhappy. People felt they couldn’t express their true selves at work. I would not recommend it as a place to work.
