I've had the most amazing and inspiring time forking for Onda. The management was very professional and all the tasks were made very clear. What was said, was delivered. As much as things would be assertive and straightforward sometimes, it pushed me forward to deliver even better results. I grew a lot from this opportunity and for that I will be forever grateful! Great idea, great vision, and great team! Thank you for having me.
Cons
There were challenging times, as with any job, especially if I wouldn't deliver on time or if it wouldn't be aligned with the company's vision. My boss was quite straightforward. I quickly understood it's for my own growth and haven't took it offensively, as Onda made me grow A LOT.
