Outstanding teammates and colleagues. The people we have are the most eager, supportive, and knowledgable folks I've had the pleasure of working with. As a growing small business it's so important to be with people who are helping eachother, and who take advantage of open and clear lines to leadership. Somewhat rare in the government space, our work and customers give us a great opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and practices. Leadership has a heavy focus on quality of life and rewarding dedication, and as such the benefits are pretty great.
Cons
The growth gives lots of opportunities for pitching in, but means everyone sometimes wears multiple hats. Management structure is in line with what a small business should be - open and conducive to those who want to take initiative. Not a place for those who want to just clock in and clock out, or who expect to be carried.
