Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of transparency within the company. Team cannot make their own decisions. Management plays favorites. Leadership talks down to team members in front other contractors. Hostile work environment.

Beware of false reviews from human resources

Pros

The people I worked with were great. The benefits were ok, nothing to brag about. The HR team is nice, nothing like the managers.

Cons

The managers are not knowledgeable nor are they great leaders. They come off very rude to other contract companies and even their staff in front of other people. The managers need more people training to bud their people skills. Be sure to know the good people to tell you the truth about thrength of their contracts.
