Pros

-Healthcare is repetitively good -Base pay isn’t awful

Cons

-l was not going to write this review but saw that somehow they still have a 3.8 rating which is honestly too high, so I have to write this to help in lowering it so nobody gets fooled and accepts a job at OneSpan. - Each and every month my job was hung over my head no matter how well I did. The training was very inadequate. You were pretty much on your own to either sink or swim and management made it very hard to swim. Mediocre management hires were constantly made and they had no idea what they were doing and made things far worse. If you want a ton of anxiety about your job then OneSpan may be the place for you.

OneSpan has a collaborative and welcoming culture, and teams are genuinely supportive and helpful. People are kind, approachable, and open to sharing knowledge, which creates a positive working environment. There is also openness to trying new ideas and exploring fresh approaches, which makes it an exciting place to contribute and grow. Strong cross-functional collaboration and flexibility make it easy to feel supported while doing meaningful work.

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
