Pros

I liked the sales incentives they gave us. You make a sale and get put into a drawing to win different things every week such as iPads , iPhones, Bikes, TV's, Computers, and more. You still get your commission for the sale as well as get put into a drawing.

Cons

Challenges are the long hours sitting in a chair with minimal breaks. sometimes the job can be stressful, and theres not enough floor support for newer agents. Also the customers can stress you out a bit more because they feel its easier to yell and curse at agents because its over the phone customer service and sales not face to face.

Relish and free meals they provide as a courtesy

Cons

No room for growth by performance its how much they like you Targeting and harassment run rampant unless you're to yourself
