Pros
Good Benefits - that's it.
Cons
Management is horrible and not qualified to do their job. They have no idea how to run a tech company or make a decision and stick to it. The managers would literally hold 4-5 meetings when you are attempting to get them to make a decision and either not make the decision, or make it, but change their mind the next day which added more confusion to all teams. They are not decisive and do not listen to feedback. They also have no understanding of core concepts of documentation or project planning. Everything is half baked and called good. We literally brought up to management multiple times that inefficiencies were costing us tens of thousands of dollars and they shrugged it off. No one cares. Customer deadlines? Who needs to meet those? They just keep moving the goal posts further out and up setting customers with projects that had deadlines. Then when it all comes to a head its a massive crisis that "no one could have seen coming" As for the layoffs - dont post record profits for 6 months straight and then axe 1/3 of the company and call it "market speculation" You're playing with peoples lives and their families. Kabir even had the gall to ask for the employees lefts commitment to the company and do a fake Amber Heard cry... you think anyone actually bought that? How tone deaf can you be? Everyone left is looking for a new job already. Have fun running your company into the ground.
