First and foremost we would like to provide guidance in how to appropriately address your concerns. We recommend reviewing your employee manual for resources available to you and for assistance in providing solutions to the issues you may have here. While management does not feel the need to address all negative reviews of its performance we do feel the need to respond to some of the accusations in your post. Management is involved heavily in the on-boarding process for most new employees and in all our years at Catasys we have never once heard anyone at the management or staff level ridicule another employee in orientation. In fact, our experience has been quite the opposite, new employees are given every opportunity to succeed in their new role. Managers make themselves available for additional training if needed and the entire on-boarding team bends over backwards to make a difficult process as comfortable as possible. As far as any discussion of sex and sexual orientation we find that surprising to the point of disbelief knowing the character and professionalism of all management staff. That kind of behavior is not tolerated, period. We are constantly evaluating and looking for ways to improve training and orientation, we have a dedicated Training Specialist who is responsible to guide all employees through the process of on-boarding. Is it perfect? No, there are always small hiccups but the overwhelming feedback we receive on our training effectiveness is positive and typically full of praise on how we care for and support our new team members. Like any small, rapidly growing company we do experience turnover and most of the roles here require a high level of organization, dedication and critical thinking ability. We strive to hire the best and brightest but sometimes we miss and people leave, most of those separations are mutual as this line of work is not the right fit for everyone. Catasys consistently monitors employee turnover rates and proudly reports to be well within industry standards, actually better than most similarly situated healthcare companies. We would be happy to share our results with you or to any prospective employee during the interview process. . We have a dedicated compliance officer who continuously evaluates how we do things, helps enforce our code of ethics and we are confident our nurses are not practicing illegally in their coaching function. . But again, we would like to encourage you to seek out the proper people in order to get your numerous concerns addressed. We are all here to help ensure you are comfortable in your role.
