Pros

I have been a long time employee and have witnessed the company grow and evolve. When I first started, the company was basically a start up in a corporate setting; two job environments I had no experience in and did not understand at the time. Because of my lack of understanding, my expectations about the job and the company were unrealistic. There were times when I didn't fully understand the rational behind processes, policies or some of the business decisions that were made. My satisfaction with the job and company would regularly fluctuate between inspiration and contentment to frustration and apathy. There continues to be room for improvement operationally, but I can see that we are making consistent positive progress with the addition of new leadership and the creation of new departments and positions we have not had before. As with any start up, the growing pains have been tough. With time, experience and the company's shift to more transparency, I feel more confident within my position and the company's direction and future. Catasys is a much different company then it was one year ago, all for the better.

Cons

unable to work a 12 hour shift.

Pros

Company lost a contract with Aetna. They sunk from there. They had to lay a third of their workers. They called us in a group on zoom and said everyone in this group is getting off effective immediately. They stated a severance package was coming our way. To check our personal emails for details. Then they locked us out of the software we used to document charts.

Cons

Change management frequently. Demoted managers. Was put on a PIP. Company sank after losing key stakeholder Aetna. They moved their headquarters from California to Nevada to Florida. Original CEO “Taren” spelling may be off cries on camera with the entire company after losing Aetna. It was sad to watch.
