Thank you for sharing your feedback. We work hard every day to be member and employee obsessed, so we always take feedback to heart. We know it makes us a better company. Our mission is to improve the health and save the lives of as many people as possible, and we strive for excellence in service to our members. Our OnTrak program has a Net Promoter Score which ranks high among members receiving our care. The reason is due in large part, to the excellence of our Care Coaches. We are a fast growing company and expanding rapidly, which certainly promotes change. However, we ensure 4-weeks of orientation and training in addition to regular meetings and counseling sessions for our Care Coaches. We may be passionate about the delivery of care to our members, but we are similarly passionate about caring for our employees and recognizing the great work that they do every day.
