Pros

Being a nurse for 15 years, I have worked in many areas of nursing. This is one of the few places that I feel truly values not only their members, but also their employees. There s so much growth potential and I feel supported 100%.

Cons

I miss face to face interaction at times. Benefits are costly. Technology issues.

Thank you so much for your comment. We are so glad our employees feel valued. Every department is focused on improving the lives of our members and that's just a job you can feel good about! We encourage more video conversations especially since Covid is driving us all indoors. We continuously review our benefits and find that they are competitive with the market. We have robust offerings now and you'll see even more in the coming open enrollment.

Company lost a contract with Aetna. They sunk from there. They had to lay a third of their workers. They called us in a group on zoom and said everyone in this group is getting off effective immediately. They stated a severance package was coming our way. To check our personal emails for details. Then they locked us out of the software we used to document charts.

Cons

Change management frequently. Demoted managers. Was put on a PIP. Company sank after losing key stakeholder Aetna. They moved their headquarters from California to Nevada to Florida. Original CEO “Taren” spelling may be off cries on camera with the entire company after losing Aetna. It was sad to watch.
