Pros

Supported. I feel like there is so much room for growth. I have found friends and people to connect with, even remotely. Full time remote is awesome and I don’t feel micromanaged at all. Even prior to being promoted, I never felt micromanaged. I have loved this company from the moment I started. Like every growing company, we have seen some awesome times and (more recently) harder times. It comes with growth and change, unfortunately. That doesn’t make it any less challenging or sad, but I don’t for a minute believe this company doesn’t care about the people. I’ve never felt uncared for or dismissed. At times I have even needed a boost from upper level management. I hope to never leave my role here and see what good can come from the hard/bad.

Cons

It’s been heartbreaking to see the after math of lay offs, but also something out of most people’s hands. You learn and grow.

Pros

Great job and culture for a work from home position. Helping others get healthier while being paid fairly.

Cons

Inconsistencies with partnered health plans, making pool go up and down often.

Pros

Company lost a contract with Aetna. They sunk from there. They had to lay a third of their workers. They called us in a group on zoom and said everyone in this group is getting off effective immediately. They stated a severance package was coming our way. To check our personal emails for details. Then they locked us out of the software we used to document charts.

Cons

Change management frequently. Demoted managers. Was put on a PIP. Company sank after losing key stakeholder Aetna. They moved their headquarters from California to Nevada to Florida. Original CEO “Taren” spelling may be off cries on camera with the entire company after losing Aetna. It was sad to watch.
