I can hardly give this place a full star. At first I was so very excited about working here. I believed in the mission, as they were great in selling it. However, the emphasis was always on enrollment and never on quality care, how to manage members effectively or any education regarding case/care management. Management talks down to employees, lies, manipulatates and tries to intimidate. Conference calls are held to talk negatively about other employees. Questions regarding procedures are never answered timely and are often ignored. Chief Medical Officer is extremely smart but is condescending to nurses and often brags, is sarcastic and rarely warm. Providers complain due to not being paid in a timely manner. Very unorganized, managed by Mamangement is clicky, BFFs who gossip and don't know how to treat people. Just a horrible experience overall but I did take away some knowledge regarding remote work and insurance.
