Pros

I've made some very good friends at OATI. Coworkers bond together because they all had to go through the same nonsense rules. OATI's saving grace was my direct supervisor- she is absolutely amazing and the only con of leaving OATI. If you just graduated college and need some experience and can't get another job this is the place for you for about a year.

Cons

This is the most micromanaged company I have ever seen. The review which describes it as an adult daycare is very accurate. They track your every movement to ensure you are in the building. Everything is blocked on your computer, even when you aren't on the company network. While interviewing you are told you will be doing one job but when you start OATI will not put you in that role. I honestly believe working here increased my anxiety due to the constant "nasty grams" regarding not working enough, being late, ect. My supervisor's supervisor would have discussions regarding the number of emails he received about it and only really received a "don't let it happen again". Don't waste your time.

Pros

Onboarding was exceptionally friendly from the moment I accepted the offer through my first day onsite. Great office culture — so many people took the time to welcome me. Positive first impression thanks to a team that genuinely cares about new employees.

Cons

No on‑site food options. Limited walking areas near the campus.

We appreciate your feedback regarding on site food options and agree this is an area we can improve. We are already exploring healthier vending and snack solutions to better support employees’ needs.

Cons

1. Limited Training for New Employees: One of the most frequently repeated criticisms is insufficient onboarding and training. 2. Micromanagement: Strict monitoring of employee time, attendance, and workplace activities. Management is highly controlling. 3. Low Compensation: Low salaries, minimal raises, and limited bonuses are among the most common complaints across review platforms. 4. Limited Flexibility: There is little to no remote work options and strict attendance requirements. Difficulty balancing personal needs with workplace expectations. 5. Slow Career Advancement: Promotions and growth opportunities can be limited or slow. 6. Management and Culture Concerns: Poor communication, lack of employee support, resistance to change, favoritism, and management practices that some employees describe as unsupportive.
