Pros

This company have good relationship with partners and customers for long time. This companiy is growing now, then this company keep on trying to new propsals. They are trying to make Best Work Place. They are trying to suggest the latest products and proposals to customer and partners. They are trying to provide better benefit to employee.

Cons

This company should cover all size of companies, for example SMB. Therefore, this company should better be localized more . This company should make recognise company name more in all Japan.

Pros

While they claim to be "pro-employee" they are very much pro-Canadian employee. As long as you are a Canadian, your job should be safe. And US based role is in jeopardy.

Cons

Laying off all Americans. I do not see relevant data on location based statistics for the last 4 rounds of layoffs. The bulk of the "trimming" has been based in US. This is cost savings. Additionally, they post US based jobs for 24 hours then pull those and post H1B notifications that they could not find equivalent US resources and need to outsource for cheaper money.
