Pros

This company likely did a good job selling their content management products.

Cons

They don’t know how to build a product, but they sure know how to ruin one. They acquire products, change the name, color, and logo, focusing on things with minimal return on investment. On top of that, they've been cutting key personnel to trim costs, but that just ended up losing crucial technical expertise and valuable customer relationships. Their marketing management? It’s chaotic and ineffective. All these short-sighted decisions not only show that management doesn't really know how to improve the product but also undermine its potential even further. Maybe they should consider switching to trading instead—it might be more successful and keep them away from the IT industry.

Pros

While they claim to be "pro-employee" they are very much pro-Canadian employee. As long as you are a Canadian, your job should be safe. And US based role is in jeopardy.

Cons

Laying off all Americans. I do not see relevant data on location based statistics for the last 4 rounds of layoffs. The bulk of the "trimming" has been based in US. This is cost savings. Additionally, they post US based jobs for 24 hours then pull those and post H1B notifications that they could not find equivalent US resources and need to outsource for cheaper money.
