Pros

The people I dealt with day-to-day were fantastic. Great people working for a company that cared about them less and less every quarter.

Cons

The self-named ELT (executive leadership team) seem to be more concerned with agreeing with the CEO than taking care of the company, it's employees, or products. Everything seems geared to make the CEO and the sycophants in the ELT look fantastic, regardless of the reality.

Pros

While they claim to be "pro-employee" they are very much pro-Canadian employee. As long as you are a Canadian, your job should be safe. And US based role is in jeopardy.

Cons

Laying off all Americans. I do not see relevant data on location based statistics for the last 4 rounds of layoffs. The bulk of the "trimming" has been based in US. This is cost savings. Additionally, they post US based jobs for 24 hours then pull those and post H1B notifications that they could not find equivalent US resources and need to outsource for cheaper money.
