Pros
1. Transparent system 2. Management is good 3. Senior are helping and they are very knowledgeable. If you can, try to grab as much information as you can from them. Simply, eat their head. They are always happy to teach you. 4. Fixed working hours. No one would ask you to stay late unless it is very urgent to finish. Which is understandable because morally, I believe that it's one's responsibility to deliver before the deadline. And NO, management don't commit unrealistic deadline to the client. 5. Management understands the importance of the tasks and your time. 6. Higher management is very frank and open to talk to. They welcome your suggestions and take them into considerations. 7. There is no work pressure but yes there is workload. I mean to say that, you would always find some challenging task in your tasks queue. That's how you won't get bored. And of course, any service based company can not afford their employee wandering around into their office. Those who are keep boasting that, they bury you in a load of work, it's not true. They understand the capacity of a human being. If you don't want to work and still want to be paid, that's unrealistic. Consider yourself in the position of the CEO of such service based company and imagine your employee sitting lazy, doing nothing and you are still paying them. 8. They bring good projects and let you experiment with new technology if you have the potential and want to take the initiative. 9. CEO is very down to earth person. He understands his employee needs. I said needs, not your luxurious requests. 10. If you are a quality worker then your work would be appreciated but not as much as it should be. 11. salary hike is very good. They would give you a hike in a way that doesn't create any chaos and inequality among colleague and still, you feel good. But in this practice, those candidates who really deserve higher would have to compromise.
Cons
I agree with many of cons about this company. 1. No flexible timing. 2. No five days a week system. They should really implement this. 3. Fixed break timing. That's not good. Let your employee dwell in a free environment. Their productivity will increase. 4. HR Policies are not so good. Especially, after when new HR team has been recruited. 5. 50K INR + 2 years of bond. Seriously guys, remove this. You are missing many talented candidates because of this policy. 6. you should really think about the cafeteria. 7. What even worse is that, their accountant. He has a very rubbish way of speaking and if you want to understand about your salary calculation, he would make you feel like a beggar. Very bad attitude. 8. Since new HR has been recruited, some crappy candidates have made their way in the company.
