Pros
Worked for 3 years in OpenXcell but had to leave due to relocation. My experience with the company is really good. I have worked on the variety of projects with different technical challenges. The company seems to have the clear goal of growth hence they are too focused on it. They promote work hard, party hard and be honest to your work & company a lot. Freelancers have no place here so please don't apply. Infrastructure was not that promising when I joined but it is good now when I am leaving. Managers are good but honest to the company so they provide an honest review about you to the company. If you wish to work hard, join this company.
Cons
They have 2 Saturdays working but hopefully, they will make it holidays in future. They should increase some employee engagement activities. They should also start different technologies.
