For someone who has a family, OpenXcell is probably one of the best places to work in Ahmedabad. The salary is ALWAYS on time. Work - life balance is great as well. You shall never be asked to work extra hours or come in to work early unless it is absolutely necessary. Leaves are granted almost instantaneously. There is good rapport among the team members.I joined here almost a fresher and i was given very good training. Each and every policy was explained in detail by the HR team (I pestered them too much, but they were never impatient even once.)
