Lack of Job Security and Poor Employee Treatment - Sr. Software Engineer OpenXcell Technolabs Employee Review

I was a former employee of Openxcell, and my experience with the company was disappointing. The work culture was not conducive to growth, and there was a lack of job security. Employees were laid off without prior notice, and despite having a two-month official notice period, they were only paid for one month. Additionally, appraisals were disheartening and offered minimal increments, which negatively impacted employee morale and self-esteem. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.
