Bonus is offered, but is nearly impossible to reach full bonus Culture sucks Pay is average, raises are like bonuses, nearly impossible to receive a "full" raise which is still only a max of 5% 401K doesn't vest for 2 years Despite being a health insurance provider, insurance isn't cheap for families Lack of support from leadership Leadership is passive aggressive Close is called a strict 3 day close, but it's really over a week with 2 days leading up to the first business day through 3 days after and you have to work until your tasks are done. If close falls during a holiday, its hit or miss on whether or not you have to work the holiday.
