Cons
Micromanaged their employees without having any knowledge of the jobs themselves (this was their first real job as they were granted funds right out of their bachelor programs in school). Passive aggressive communications consistently, with no knowledge how to build a healthy team atmosphere, corporate minded and always pushing "do better, do more" to make more money instead of taking care of patients. Confidentiality and HIPAA violations, workplace bullying, toxic work environment, and absolutely no comprehension of ethics. This was the worst work environment I've ever been in, and would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
