Pros

The mission and vision is a wonderful idea. However, it's idealistic and didn't translate to individual clinics. Your employees made the company great, NOT admin

Cons

Nepotism is their new way to hire (one of the other positive reviews on here came from it). The CEO is away on an unpaid sabbatical and the business is being run into the business into the ground. They encourage honesty and vulnerability/everything Brene Brown, but will turn and use it against you. They can't keep managers as they don't like questions or holding underperforming employees accountable. 50% of management and provider positions are currently vacant or soon to be vacant. It might be time to start looking inward instead of pointing fingers at everyone else.

Pros

Oliver and Orion laid out a great mission statement.

Cons

Micromanaged their employees without having any knowledge of the jobs themselves (this was their first real job as they were granted funds right out of their bachelor programs in school). Passive aggressive communications consistently, with no knowledge how to build a healthy team atmosphere, corporate minded and always pushing "do better, do more" to make more money instead of taking care of patients. Confidentiality and HIPAA violations, workplace bullying, toxic work environment, and absolutely no comprehension of ethics. This was the worst work environment I've ever been in, and would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
