Pros

None. There is no point to try and work your hardest. They don’t promote they give you a 3% increase as a raise when it’s just inflation. Mark messenger is a misogynist and they try to cut corners anyway they can. You want experience then sure but no one has be retained and no one has retired form this company in 10 years. They get rid of everyone

Cons

They fire all the people with the most knowledge. All of the best people have been pushed out. If you complain once prepare to be fired by some ridiculous reason

- Accommodating - Benefits - Lower level managers make time for their employees.

Cons

- Lack of communication from upper management. - Every job is different but the output number still stays the same. - Funnel pay can be rewarding but management has the option to not offer it, which is kind of scummy if your output is high.
