Here's my story: Worked years for this company as a grunt worker. Bit my tongue constantly about horrible Foreman's who would rather get HIGH than work. Did their work and got paid like dirt while they got paid for MY work like kings. Some times I got stuck in a state where I was working for an entire month (this happened multiple times). Management messed up and gave me a Foreman in another state and told me, "tough, deal with it or lose your job.". Had to drive my own vehicle and was never reimbursed like I was promised (You owe me $600 + interest for that Osmose). I missed valuable time with my daughters and wife. Gone over 200 days out of a year. Finally after years of being promised, I got promoted to Foreman. Went to school and everything and I passed with flying colors. Was one of the best in my class. Got out in the field after 3 weeks and was given two worthless druggy groundsmen. One left and I was stuck with the other for a long while. Luckily he didn't stay too long and I was able to hire my own crew. After that we were making great money and pulling 70+ hours a week making above and beyond rate. Then I got fired for petty reasons. Wasn't even allowed to grab my personal belongings out of the work truck. Later on I find out that a former Foreman got his job back after he tested positive for drugs but yet I can't get mine back?? He even ruined company equipment. This company is whacked and full and I mean absolutely infested with drug addicted losers. Don't waste your time you have with your family for a half worthy company who could care less about the respectable working man and cares more about the drug ingesting losers. Half of the drug users run it!!! Don't believe me about the drugs? Random your workers and get back to me Osmose (don't give them a month warning in advance either)! I bet you won't. Hire back your valuable employees and get rid of the junky idiots. This company is so notorious for firing people that a new company has emerged made up entirely of those people that have been fired.
