travel and see things you would normally not see, like the trashy back yards of people in the city, hoping fences, and the dirt piles you leave after your crew digs them

Cons

to much travel, shared rooms, promises unmet, prepare to work uncompensated. poor benefits package, prepare to be jerked around by management and be exposed to some nasty chemicals

- Accommodating - Benefits - Lower level managers make time for their employees.

Cons

- Lack of communication from upper management. - Every job is different but the output number still stays the same. - Funnel pay can be rewarding but management has the option to not offer it, which is kind of scummy if your output is high.
