Away from family for long periods of time. Supervisors talk behind your back to Operations manager. Easily separated from company for anything minor. Constantly being told you will be fired. No support from management. If supervisor don't like you or you complain to much they separate you. Company could save money on hotels and gas if management places crew nearer to home. Currently you can go 2 hrs away from home and another crew works in backyard.
