Pros

Decent pay, good start out if you are not afraid to be outdoors and hard work! Hire just about anyone

Cons

In courage cheating on Spouse! Long stays away from family in poor hotels. Weeks and weeks of being away with only a few days to visit family if family pays to come see you! Rude! Don't stay around home. Claim to work in Texas but spent more time in Colorado and New Mexico. Hires anyone off the street pretty much don't care about backgrounds or drug tests so you may be sharing a room with a felon and/or drug attic. Ruining my marriage

- Accommodating - Benefits - Lower level managers make time for their employees.

Cons

- Lack of communication from upper management. - Every job is different but the output number still stays the same. - Funnel pay can be rewarding but management has the option to not offer it, which is kind of scummy if your output is high.
