Good work / life balance for remote and office workers. Office managers are firm but fair and have good open communication with employees. Work load is steady and flexible, if you ask your manager for something new / different they can give you some opportunities to learn new skills. The company updated their promotion system in 2022 and it has helped employees feel more valued. 401K and HSA contributions from company are excellent.
