Pros

They let you work remotely sometimes? I noped out to a better-paying position with a fully remote work setup. Requiring hybrid for jobs like this in 2025 just shows a complete lack of understanding about the work landscape in 2025.

Cons

Worked at the Depew office for about three years and while the majority of the management at that office are honestly great people, upper management in GA make incredibly stupid decisions. Rather than let the Depew office work remotely, they insist that employees come in two days a week, purportedly for teamwork or something along those lines. But people are there on any two days they choose so chances are you won't be in the office at the same time as people you have questions for about specific projects anyway. Even when I was in the office with someone else, I'd just call them on Teams and share my screen rather than unplugging my laptop and dragging it across the entire office to a different cubicle; myself and the person I was talking with might as well have just been collaborating remotely anyway. Additionally, pay and benefits were nothing to write home about, at least during my time there. But hey, at least you could get a free lunch if you showed up on a day when Peachtree execs were in town and it got ordered for them. From what I understand they downsized to a smaller office this or later last year but still insist on a hybrid schedule, probably to make Peachtree execs happy when they can see worker drones taking up the (now shared) cubicles. Absolutely absurd, and they wonder why they have high turnover.

Pros

- Accommodating - Benefits - Lower level managers make time for their employees.

Cons

- Lack of communication from upper management. - Every job is different but the output number still stays the same. - Funnel pay can be rewarding but management has the option to not offer it, which is kind of scummy if your output is high.
