Pros

I have to say, working here is a blast! I've learned more in the last year than I would have ever thought. Everyone is great to work with and I'm constantly being pushed to learn new technologies, programming methods and pushing the limits. The last company I worked with was behind on their technology, so it wasn't a fulfilling experience. Here it is. If you're a developer, this is a great place to work (especially if you want to learn / are interested in Ecommerce). Also, flex time is awesome! If you have a day you need to come in a little late you can and stay a little longer.

Cons

Not many. The main thing I would say is some companies may have better benefits like highly matched 401k's, but those are bigger corporate companies. When you work for a small-ish company you sometimes give those things up.

Pros

Some groups are very specialized and highly skilled There are some teams that care deeply about their clients and deliver really high performance Remote work Summer Fridays

Cons

The company has grown extremely fast but is not keeping standards up across the organization. It is clear that the quality of work and level of expertise varies significantly based on which team you are on. Some processes are built around certain offices or teams but don't consider the full organization. There is very limited engagement for culture events.
