Pros

I eneded up working for OuterBox for over a year. I took the job, based on other reviews, thinking drinking and having fun all the time was accpetable. It was not. I was told by my managers that I could not drink work. I was shocked, almost horrified. Everyone was working, all the time. Building great websites. I just couldn't believe my eyes. It was so great. I did what they wanted me to and it changed my life. I've never worked at a place that was SO SO SO great and worked so hard. Just always working working so hard.

Cons

Really none. Like I said, the only con could be how great everything was. I thought it would be a job where I could sit back and relax, but I couldnt. Always just needed to build awsome websites.

Pros

Some groups are very specialized and highly skilled There are some teams that care deeply about their clients and deliver really high performance Remote work Summer Fridays

Cons

The company has grown extremely fast but is not keeping standards up across the organization. It is clear that the quality of work and level of expertise varies significantly based on which team you are on. Some processes are built around certain offices or teams but don't consider the full organization. There is very limited engagement for culture events.
